Are you getting as many "Internet Marketing" or "Home Based Business" emails as I am? Are the offers among the Internet Marketing SCAMS or are they for real?

Updated March 18, 2009. I've made a whopping $4.00. Asked for a refund, but they said no. I type in "ad profits network" in Goolge, and my page is the only one that comes up...weird...
Why you are here:
You are trying to discover ways to bring more traffic to your website, right? Perhpas you are selling a product or service and need more visitors, or need to get people to buy something once they've reached your website. Maybe you got here by accident, or from an ad, or a link, blog, or who knows what.
My intention is to test the theories of the other "gurus" and "wanna-be gurus" or the "I'm not an internet marketing guru, but I've made lots of money" marketers who have flooded my email and junk mail inboxes woth offers, videos, audios, links, testimonuials and other stuff.
Do these things work?
I have been careful not to spend much on website tools, e-books, scripts and software internet marketing tools that promise to bring in more traffic to my website. And, in fear of wasting my hard earned money, have not spent any moeny on coaching or e-courses, membership sites, or any othe expensive means of bringing traffic to my sites. I'm sure you don't want to waste your moeny, either, but do WANT to make money online.
So, what I have here on this website, are the internet marketing, traffic building programs, conversion tools, and other items that I, personally, believe to be legit forms of ways to drive traffic and conversion rates up on your site as well as mine.
I have not ried all these tools, but I will tell you my honest opinion of the ones I have tried and purchased, and the ones "Frank Recommends".

way, and I'll give you my opinions on them. Are they good for
you, or not? That is the question, but to answer that, you need
to closely examine and research before making any decision -
especially a wrong one. So, although they may be good for me,
that doesn't necessarily mean they are good for you. However,
the programs and offers I recommend have also been proven by
others. Those are the ones I will suggest. In fact, I will rate
